About us
Maxwell Capital is the only agency in the Netherlands that specializes in corporate events for recruitment and selection. We do this in a way where the qualities of the candidate are the starting point. Based on an intake of approximately one hour, you indicate where your core activities are located, what your corporate image is, what your company norms and values are and which criteria you believe a candidate must meet. With this information you will receive a tailor-made proposal. As soon as agreement has been reached on the proposal, we will submit your vacancy(s) to our candidates.
You will receive anonymous CVs from the candidates so that you can still make a choice. And then the game begins, from start to finish.
Approach
Our approach is different than you are probably used to. The candidate is central and he or she must fit your corporate culture, norms and values.
Talent scouts
We have a number of talent scouts who continuously monitor the market, companies, schools and universities for young professionals for us. Our presence means we know what is going on with this target group and what concerns them.
Based on your selection criteria, we select a number of suitable candidates whose (anonymous) CVs you can view. We then invite these candidates for a special introduction at a special location in the region.
Open event
Several companies will be present during the event. Your presence is therefore very important, partly because your competitors also want to be visible.
As mentioned, our working method is different. You can get to know our young professionals in a casual environment and atmosphere. We will match you with a number of suitable candidates. This means a completely different setting than you are used to.
Private event
You can also opt for your own event. An event where you are the only company that can meet the candidates you selected.
Especially for you. This means that the event will represent both your company and you as a person. The condition is that it fits within the perception of the candidates we select for you.
It is also important to know that the recruitment objective and the size of the target group will both influence the size of the event. We keep a close eye on whether the size matches the ultimate goal: converting common interests and passions into fruitful collaboration. The appearance will be entertaining and informative.
What would such an event look like? Well. This can vary from a racing masterclass on the Zandvoort circuit to a seminar by an authority in a relevant field. A combination of both is of course also possible. In short: the event will be original and encourage attendees to be themselves, push boundaries and express their passion for their field.
However, the event will not only bring in new employees. It also allows you to present your company in all its facets. And that is useful for later: the people who will not be hired initially may be so in the future. Advantage: they know about your company and your company about them. We also regard assessments, personality tests and job profiles as excellent instruments for gaining insight into the character and qualities of an individual.
